Work is not just about busy struggles; it also requires the joy of poetry and distant horizons. It needs vibrant team building activities to unite, enliven the atmosphere, and ignite passion. The biennial outing for key personnel is an important part of the corporate culture construction in Hicorp Group, and after the pandemic, the company has resumed this traditional activity.

From October 15th to November 8th, 2023, the company organized nearly 200 key personnel, including technical, sales, cadres, and exemplary employees, to participate in the Hunan team building activity with the theme “Hand in hand, moving forward together.” The participants were divided into four groups and visited various attractions such as Zhangjiajie, known as “The World’s Ultimate Puzzle,” the ancient town of Fenghuang, located by the Tuo River, the millennium academy Yueyang Academy known for “Chu has talents, and they flourish here,” and the Hunan Museum, known as “A Thousand Years at a Glance.” They enjoyed the breathtaking autumn landscapes, the ancient city bathed in light and shadow, the millennium academy, and listened to the stories of Changsha buried for three thousand years.

The clear autumn sky and refreshing air created a pristine backdrop. Throughout the journey, everyone encouraged each other, embraced challenges, and brimmed with passion. Laughter and joy filled the air, echoing the harmonious atmosphere of the Hicorp Group. They discussed work and life, shared dreams, and cherished friendships. They not only appreciated the magical beauty of nature but also experienced the colorful and profound cultural landscapes. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, they became friends with the mountains and accompanied by the waters as they strolled through the forests. They walked amidst the vibrant and lively night scenes, experiencing the tranquility and beauty of the ancient city. They visited the food culture street of Changsha, interacting and exchanging with visitors from all directions. They sat in the audience seats of the grand “Charm of Western Hunan” cultural performance, enjoying the authentic and primitive Hunan culture.

With a dynamic team, work gains momentum. This team building activity not only provided beautiful scenery and the joy of challenges but also enhanced communication and interaction among colleagues. Everyone deeply experienced the beauty and power of teamwork, gaining confidence to live seriously and work happily. Although this team building activity has ended, the pursuit of progress never stops. It is believed that every team building member will engage in their work with a more spirited attitude, adhering to the core value concept of “customer-centric,” and carrying the fighting belief of “fearless warriors, Hicorp must win.” Hand in hand, moving forward together, they will make greater contributions in their respective positions to achieve the vision of “Hicorp‘s Centennial.”
