Hicorp starts its annual training camp during Chinese traditional Mid-autumn festival. The training camp is usually conducted around the traditional Mid-autumn festival, prior or later. In the training camp, a series of training courses, workshops, seminars are conducted. This year, besides the corporate’s trainers – engineers, experienced staff on different positions, the company also invites a few scholars from third-party universities or institutes to deliver trainings to HICORP staff. Though the training sessions are intensive, all trainees express that they learn a lot in the training camp and feel that the trainings will certainly be helpful to their work.
