Our Heroine Ma Min Got Commendation from Federation of Trade Unions

The Federation of Trade Unions of Qingdao West Coast New Area awarded Ma Min the honorary title of “Worker Pioneer” in May,2020. “Worker Pioneer” is the honorary title awarded by Federation of Trade Unios for commending the advanced and typical individual , it is the symbol of glory.

Ma Min is working at the Technology Department of Hicorp Textile Machinery Company,she is mainly responsible for routine product design and new product development. Ma Min is always self-strict with high standards, and devoting herself to the technical innovation with ambition and responsibility.

Ma Min joined in the work in 2008, and she has not made any mistakes in the design of routine product till now. She has always kept a scientifc and rigourous working attitude, led the project team members to overcome difficulites and forge ahead, carried forward the working spirit of “endure hardship specially, fight specially and contribute specially”, and successfully completed a number of innovative items:

In 2015, she participated in the development of ring-link intelligent full-automatic roving frame system, and won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress issued by China Textile Industry Federation.

In 2016, she participated in the design and development of CMT F002 roving tail yarn automatic clearing machine, which was won the second prize of Qingdao Science and Technology Invention Award..

In 2017, she was mainly responsible for the development of automatic bagging device and automatic take-off and release device of yarn. The invention patent of “drum yarn automatic bagging device” and “a drum yarn automatic taking and releasing device” was obtained.

In 2018, she was mainly responsible for the research and development of the anti shake filling device of the yarn bag. It has won the invention patent of a anti shake filling device for yarn bags, and the gold medal of patent award of China textile industry.

In 2019, she was responsible for developing HTBW-01 yarn intelligent packaging logistics system and won the second prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress award.

She always gets along well with colleagues, respects post and works hard. In daily work , she is warm-hearted and helpful, never caring about perosnal gains and losses, and has been unaimously praised by all colleagues. She always treats work conscientiously and forges ahead, and has awarded the titles of “Group Model”, “Advanced Individual” for many times.
